EDA Core Organizational Values
Visible in the Community
In early 2018, EDA pursued development of core organizational values.
We started by convening focus groups made up of non-supervisory employees from both our Headquarters and Regional Offices. Each focus group developed ideas that describe what EDA wants to be known for.
Finally, an open survey was sent to all EDA employees to help pick the top acronym from three outstanding options that used values derived from the foundation that the focus groups created.
This initiative was prompted by our efforts to create a healthy organization that performs optimally and is dedicated to serving our stakeholders at the highest level.
The organizational values that were chosen will truly enable our organizational health journey because they help define who we are and what is important to us for both internal and external customers.
