Raimondo announced the Department’s Economic Development Administration (EDA) is awarding a $5.5 million grant to the Canaan Valley Public Service District, Davis, West Virginia, for construction of a wastewater treatment plant to support current and future business needs. This grant is funded by the American Rescue Plan and EDA’s $300 million Coal Communities Commitment.
