Project description:
The Technology Employment in Colorado Partnership 3.0 (TECP 3.0), led by the Denver Economic Development and Opportunity (DEDO), will advance the aerospace industry workforce by training Coloradans for aerospace jobs. The project will bring together industry, education and workforce organizations to train Coloradans for in-demand aerospace jobs, including shop floor technicians, software developers, system engineers, and cyber engineers. The program will curate curriculum that is responsive to industry needs, provide trainees with wraparound supports to fill in-demand industry occupations and create a more resilient regional workforce training system. The project aims to focus on multiple populations including veterans, justice-involved individuals, individuals experiencing homelessness, and more.
