The PROPEL Tech Hub is advancing the next generation of precision medicine by bringing together biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and secure data infrastructure to improve how new treatments are discovered, tested, and prepared for commercialization. Led by Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the Hub coordinates regional universities, health systems, industry partners, and workforce organizations to close the gap between scientific breakthroughs and the ability to manufacture and deliver them. Through integrated platforms for clinicogenomic data, AI‑enabled discovery, and modernized production methods, the Hub aims to strengthen the region’s capacity to develop cell and gene therapies, expand the talent pipeline, and support a more cohesive ecosystem where innovations can be invented, tested, and produced locally thus positioning the Greater Philadelphia and North Jersey region as a leader in precision medicine.
