This University Center has a tripartite mission of 1. Providing relevant and timely technical assistance to stakeholders in South Dakota and the Northern Plains region, 2. Promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, commercialization and economic development by leveraging skills realized in STEM fields, and 3. Creating a network between South Dakota State University and our regional partners to support economic growth through outreach to rural communities. Innovate SoDak leverages University assets and expertise to advance entrepreneurship and foster innovation in emergent technologies to enhance regional economic growth and commercialization efforts in agriculture, manufacturing, healthcare, and service industries.
