David Kenney

Oregon BEST nurtures clean technology innovation by transforming new ideas, research, and products into green collar jobs, greater sustainability, and economic prosperity for Oregon. David Kenney has led the development of programs that assist researchers, inventors, and entrepreneurs in activities that include technology development, proof-of-concept demonstrations, laboratory validations, prototype development, small scale pilot programs, technology trials, and market validation. Previously, he spent 12 years at Intel Corporation, where he helped build Intel Solution Services, a technical consulting organization, from its start to a $20 million revenue organization operating in more than ten countries worldwide. He also co-founded and led the Intel Employee Sustainability Network. Before joining Intel, Kenney was a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting in Portland and also worked in local government.
