Project Description:
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences proposes to grow an e-health transformation cluster in Northwest Arkansas that will focus on economic growth and resilience through electronic health solutions; entrepreneurial health care technology; and equitable workforce development. If provided an implementation grant, the coalition’s projects aim to create new jobs in the healthcare sector for underserved workers. These projects focus on upskilling for equitable e-health employment growth; creating accelerated Bachelor of Nursing degrees focused on e-health; developing e-health simulations for workforce training and resiliency; and advancing e-health biodesign for entrepreneurial excellence.
