The MOMENTUM Project (MOMENTUM) will support West Virginia’s entrepreneurs and small-businesspeople through a robust menu of services including mentorship, product design and prototyping, technical assistance, digital literacy, access to financing, workforce development, and the development of an entrepreneur pipeline. MOMENTUM’s activities will enhance the economic resiliency of the state, support a diverse array of entrepreneurs to make the WV economy as inclusive as possible, and target industries marked for growth such as food and agriculture, manufacturing, technology, and outdoor recreation.
